Q1: How is the corrosion resistance of your PPGI steel plates ensured?
A1: Our PPGI steel plates use a 55% aluminum-zinc alloy coating. A dense protective layer is formed through the high-temperature hot-dip coating process, and the corrosion resistance is 3 to 5 times that of traditional galvanized steel plates. At the same time, anti-ultraviolet and anti-oxidation components are added to the surface coating. After a salt spray test of more than 1000 hours, there is no obvious corrosion, and it can adapt to complex environments such as coastal areas and industrial zones.
Q2: Can specific colors and specifications of PPGI steel plates be customized?
A2: Absolutely! We offer customization of the full color range of the RAL color card, with a minimum order quantity of only 5 tons. The thickness ranges from 0.12mm to 1.2mm, and the width is from 800mm to 1250mm, which can be flexibly adjusted according to your needs. For special specifications, you can provide drawings or parameters, and our engineering team will respond quickly.
Q3: Does the product have quality certifications? What is the delivery cycle?
A3: All products have passed ISO 9001 and SGS certifications, and the quality meets international standards such as ASTM and JIS. The delivery cycle for regular orders is 7 to 15 days. For customized orders, it will be determined through negotiation according to the complexity.
